Our Billing Process

Following your no-risk free trial, we bill on a monthly basis in advance.  Each month on your billing day, we will charge you for the users and companies in your account on that day.  If you add users or companies during the middle of your billing cycle, those users or companies are not charged until they are counted on the next scheduled billing date.  We charge by credit card, so you must have a valid credit card to become a paying customer.
